Staff was helpful and supportive. When arriving in our room to find no air conditioning and poor airflow we were told at reception the next day they would help to move us to another room. When finding another room the next day but still feeling extremely underwhelmed and disappointed — the staff was helpful in waiving the cancellation fees and enabling us to cancel the final two nights of our stay.
